About Me
David has over 20 years’ experience in many Leadership, Operational and Project Management roles both in New Zealand and internationally. He has taken his transferrable skill set through various industries in this time including Flat and Automotive Glass, Industrial Laundry, Car Rental and most recently twelve years in the Veterinary Industry. He completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Management (Dist) through Otago and holds Diplomas in both Marketing and Business Studies.
David uses the skills he has gained and applies them in a realistic, logical and common-sense approach to problems and meeting objectives. What he will offer you is a demonstrated ability and a total commitment to outstanding quality service. He is never happy until you are happy. You will see that he has a drive to meet strategic objectives and knows how to get the best out of his people through a combination of strong interpersonal skills, high emotional intelligence and a real passion for success.
David is actively passionate about property, including residential, commercial and business investment so it was no surprise that this led him into Commercial Real Estate.
Outside of work David loves completing Obstacle Mud Runs, smashing himself at the gym and playing Golf badly. He has a friendly caring demeanour plus is also rumoured to have a good sense of humour.
