Facilities and Compliance Manager - NAI Harcourts North Shore
Frederick has an extensive background in Facilities and Compliance Management over the past seven years, working for CBRE, Nestle NZ (Industrial Factories) and Oyster Management across a wide range of portfolios including commercial, industrial and retail. Frederick has a particular interest in Health and Safety systems and processes, robust proactive maintenance and capital expenditure improvement plans and contract/project management.
He has built his career from the ground up starting in a Facilities Management service desk role to that of a Facilities Manager. NAI Harcourts is very pleased to have him on board to utilise what is a very broad base of experience to expand their capabilities and offer clients industry-leading support and resources in this area.
