    Greg Clarke has an enviable history in the commercial property business. With a real estate career stretching back more than 20 years, primarily focused on commercial sales and leasing and most recently as the General Manager for NAI Harcourts leading the commercial business for Harcourts across the country, Greg has the knowledge and expertise to offer appropriate solutions for most situations. Commercial real estate is mostly about solving problems, ie; too much space, not enough space, empty buildings and investment. Identifying needs and providing strategies for achieving the best outcome is a strength that Greg provides.     Recognising the good fit with his own interests and expertise, Andy joined NAI Harcourts Auckland West in 2013. With a solid background in business ownership and commerce, and now an established track record in commercial real estate; he understands the process from both the vendor’s and purchaser’s perspectives. With a particular strength in negotiation; Andy enjoys dealing with the business community, listening to clients’ requirements, and meeting their expectations. Andy has the ability to close any property or business sale as he will work with diligence and determination through any challenge. No lease or sale project is too big or small, as he offers the same dedication of time and effort to secure a result. Andy's life experiences, throughout New Zealand, range from farming everything from crops and sheep, as well as: agricultural contracting, motel ownership, tour guidance, security services, and an importing business. His sales experience is extensive and has been established across a range of industries including: jewellery, diamonds, and gems; cars and caravans; security equipment; and owned video rental shops. All this adds up to a sales consultant with a real empathy and a vast expanse of practical knowledge for his commercial clients. Andy maintains his strong interest in the outdoors. He is a keen fisherman and hunter, so will not be found near an office on the first Saturday and Sunday of May.

His “man cave” hosts practice evenings and the band has also performed a couple of gigs. Paul and his wife Diane still live in their first home, so their 39-year investment in their home has been a successful purchase. With an attitude of: “the cup’s always half full” and living a life of no regrets, life is good.

In 2001 Shantilal decided to relocate to New Zealand and after completing his Real Estate salespersons Certificate he joined Harvey’s New Lynn Office and then in September 2010 joined the Remax Gold, Glen Eden Office and from April 2014 joined Blue Fern Realty Ltd trading as Harcourts Henderson – NAI Harcourts Auckland West –Savery & Co. Limited –Commercial Real Estate Services –Worldwide. His wide background in accounting and insurance has been of great benefit to him in his role as a real estate sales person with a sound background in property investment. He has been very successful in his time in real estate and has a list of successful sales, happy purchasers and vendors to his credit.
