He was appointed by the ASB to secure an Auckland site and see through to completion the sale and leaseback of the ASB "C - Drive" building in Albany. In 2013 Tim was appointed by ASB Bank Ltd to market for sale 5 ASB Bank properties and sold four out of five by Auction. In 2014 and 2015 Tim initiated the 90 Unit “Norfolk” and “Pines” apartment developments. Tim has negotiated sales and leases on behalf of major corporate and smaller private clients and has dealt with many international investors wishing to transact business in New Zealand. Tim lives in Takapuna and has a very good understanding of the Auckland property market. His wide network and advice on real estate is a valuable asset used by many of his clients. Rockend supplies software to the Property Management and Body Corporate industries in Australia and NZ. During her time as a BDM, she worked with many businesses throughout New Zealand including Harcourts and Cooper & Co which helped Jodine to build on her existing knowledge of the industry. Jodine’s background in real estate exceeds 20 years and although she has focused on commercial and residential property management throughout her career, she also has extensive experience in body corporate management, holiday rentals and business management. Jodine specialises in systems and processes, but recognises that systems and processes are no good without strong relationships with clients. Jodine graduated in May 2016 from Auckland University with a Post Graduate Diploma in Business and is a licensed sales consultant.
