    Commercial Manager

    Ben’s passion for commercial property began at an early age and led him to study a degree in Urban Land Economics at Sheffield Hallam University in South Yorkshire, England. Before arriving in Christchurch in 2003, Ben worked in development, regeneration and agency for a successful firm of chartered surveyors in his home town of Nottingham. Since arriving in New Zealand, Ben has continued his career in property, firstly as a sales and leasing agent, followed by a period at Housing New Zealand as the South Island Portfolio Manager. In the role with Housing New Zealand, Ben was responsible for the strategic direction of over 16,000 properties throughout the South Island. Most recently, he worked as the Leasing Manager for the Christchurch Arts Centre, where he headed up the project leasing programme following the restoration of New Zealand’s largest group of heritage buildings. Ben is excited to join the Harcourt Grenadier NAI Commercial team as the Commercial Manager and is looking forward to using his skills and years of experience to help grow the commercial business and provide a successful platform for his team.
